Having multiple user secrets files

I am trying to have two different sets of access keys, for two different enviromnments, like Development and QA.
However, as far as I am aware of, I can only have one secrets file.

I'd like to be able to create environment-specific secrets files.

We only aimed it at development, and having a second set for a QA environment seems a little like "We'd like to check it into source control" which is what we're trying to avoid.

QA ought to be as close as possible to the real production environment, and as user secrets is never for production you ought to be using the same mechanism in QA as you are in production.

So this isn't a feature request I'd be comfortable taking.
