Incorrect exception with MultipartBodyLengthLimit

I have tried send file with 8mb weight and got exception

I have configured properties in Startup class

but i still got same exception.

If i set BufferBodyLengthLimit

then everything is ok. Why exception have said "Multipart body length limit exceeded" if i should set BufferBodyLengthLimit ?
