Inject a logger into the cookie auth state provider

In the BlazorWasmAuth apps ...

• Get a logger in there and log the exceptions as errors, playing off of Halter's wishes not to merely discard the errors.
• Update the overview (if needed) and then remove the instruction in the QR code article to manually inject the logger.
