EF Core Throwing Exception with Successfully Inserting Record

I am facing a issue where EF Core is throwing exception given below on "SaveChangesAsync" but it is inserting the records successfully into database tables as well.
The behavior is unexpected though, it gives merge/insert conflict with different tables on different occasions. Mostly it is happening when i am flushing my database and re-seeding the tables identities

This issue is lacking enough information for us to be able to fully understand what is happening. Please attach a small, runnable project or post a small, runnable code listing that reproduces what you are seeing so that we can investigate.

Actually it is very time taking process to extract the code and provide because it is very large and complex product.
Can you kindly check and advice that how EF Core an throw exception while all the records are being inserted successfully in all the relational tables.

@faisalbwn As the exception message says, there is a foreign key constraint violation. It's impossible to say why this is happening without more information. Typically, the way to tackle this is to start with the code that is failing and remove as much as you can until the it no longer fails. This will help you narrow down the part of the code that is the root cause for the problem.

We managed to resolve the issue. There were some tables with self relation on primary keys which was creating issue. We removed the self relations on primary keys and it started working fine.
