When using Response api with tool, method not found System.Object Microsoft.Extensions.AI.ChatOptions.get_ContinuationToken()

Description

Follow up from #7060
The issue in 7060 is fixed but new issue happen where we got another MethodNotFoundException when calling response with tool

Reproduction Steps

• Use OpenAIResponseClient
• Use https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Extensions.AI.OpenAI/10.0.1-preview.1.25571.5 that reference OpenAI 2.7.0
• Without tool it work, with tool you get exception

The experimental ContinuationToken property changed its return type from object to a strongly-typed class. Return types are part of a member's identity, so an existing binary that was using that experimental member will get the cited exception. That's expected. If that's a binary you control, recompile it. If it's Agent Framework, it'll be addressed once microsoft/agent-framework#2392 merges and new bits are published, which I expect to happen this week. cc: @SergeyMenshykh
