About latest dotnet@6 release

👋 I think the latest dotnet@6 release should be 6.0.406, if that is the case, then there are couple of issues:

• firstly, the release note for 6.0.406 tag is wrong (it should be 6.0.406)

• Also the release notes for 6.0.406 needs a fix as well, https://dotnetcli.blob.core.windows.net/dotnet/release-metadata/6.0/releases.json

Triage: Since we've moved this code to dotnet/sdk, those tags would need to be used.
