JAX-Based Compiler & Process Regulation Engine (Zero-Legacy)

This repository provides a high-performance, deterministic alternative to traditional, legacy asynchronous build and process monitoring systems. By replacing shaky event-driven pumps and manual timeout heuristics with a strict matrix-based state evaluation, this engine solves common concurrency traps, file handle leaks, and path inconsistencies under high-throughput conditions.

Architectural Core

The core engine shifts the paradigm from probabilistic or reactive process checking to a geometric and deterministic state evaluation using JAX.

Key Features

1. Zero-Legacy Path Normalization: Eliminates Windows/Linux canonical form state leaks by treating paths as strict, immutable structural strings before tokenization.
2. Deterministic Process Pump: Replaces random, reactive timeout adjustments (e.g., shifting budgets arbitrarily between 2s and 30s) with a Laplacian matrix entropy calculation. If structural chaos crosses the golden ratio threshold ($\approx 0.618$), the task is strictly terminated within a rigid 2-second budget, preventing Linux thread freezes.
3. Passive Integrity Ledger: Ensures total artifact traceability through an immutable cryptographic SHA-384 chain. Relative and absolute path ambiguities are eliminated by hashing the structured content sequence itself.

Matrix Evaluation Model
Traditional systems monitor nodes individually, causing overhead and missing cascade failures. This engine maps all active compiling nodes into an adjacency matrix, applying a JAX-accelerated linear solver to catch structural entropy spikes instantly.
 Stable State: System entropy remains below ⁠0.618⁠. Handles are kept open, execution fluid.
 Coherence Rupture: Sudden latency skew forces an entropy leap. The system triggers a clean execution sentence, purges static caches, and drops stale file descriptors cleanly without losing trailing stdout/stderr lines.
