.NET SDK Failing to Install

In a few instances, the .NET SDK has been failing to install when using the dotnet-install.sh script.

• Failure in SBRP PR (internal Microsoft link)
• Failure in PR Creator tool (internal Microsoft link)

Since this is occurring in an SBRP PR to update the version of dotnet/sdk, I suspect that this update may be pulling in a change that is causing these failures.

There was an outage yesterday that was causing this: dotnet/core#9376. It should be resolved now.

Ah ok, I triggered a re-run in the SBRP PR and it worked, so I'll close this issue. I'm not going to re-run the PR creator tool in license scanning since we already have a PR out for a fix.
