start_here breadcrumbs are now terse pointers (priority · id · scope/type ·
anchor) instead of re-summarizing the memory body already shipped in
memories[], removing the 0.26.3 duplication and keeping default context small.
get_briefing now counts the breadcrumbs payload toward estimated_tokens
(budget.spent.breadcrumbs) so the reported budget no longer understates the
real wire size. Applies to both the MCP tool and `haive briefing`.
