Guara will not depend on Selenium starting from version 0.0.11

!! Important: the 2 highlighted points a very important for people using the Guara 0.0.11+ (to be released) with Selenium !!!

These target users will need to install Selenium separately if they need it (pip install selenium) as it is done by people using Playwright, Dogtail and other drivers. This change makes Guara agnostic to external dependencies.

• Remove dependency of Selenium
• Downgrade the python version to 3.8
