Support silence prop for video component - 52

Important

Add playsInSilentModeIOS prop to VideoPlayer for iOS silent mode audio control and update example video URIs.

• Behavior:
  • Add playsInSilentModeIOS prop to VideoPlayer in VideoPlayer.tsx to control audio playback in silent mode on iOS.
  • Implement updateAudioMode function to set audio mode using Audio.setAudioModeAsync.
  • Use React.useEffect to call updateAudioMode when playsInSilentModeIOS changes.
• Examples:
  • Update video and poster URIs in VideoPlayerExample.tsx to new sample URLs.
