pip install driftpy fails on python 3.12 because driftpy depends on aiohttp=3.8.3. aiohttp added support for python starting with version 3.9 so probably need to upgrade that dependency

It would be nice if you upgrade other dependencies as well, because driftpy forces old versions which will commonly cause dependency conflicts:

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
driftpy 0.7.91 requires pluggy==1.0.0, but you have pluggy 1.5.0 which is incompatible.
driftpy 0.7.91 requires urllib3==1.26.13, but you have urllib3 2.2.3 which is incompatible.
