Thank you @masukai and @yodakanohoshi. I'd be happy to accept. Looking forward to helping with triage and keeping the issue board clean. |

48h lazy consensus period complete — no objections raised. I've extended the Triage Collaborator invitation to @Pawansingh3889 via GitHub Settings. Once accepted, they'll have label/assign/close permissions on issues and PRs. Welcome aboard! 🎉 |

Now that GOVERNANCE.md (#310) has landed and formalized the contributor ladder, I'd like to propose our first Triage Collaborator: @Pawansingh3889.
Qualifications (per GOVERNANCE criteria)
Why now
@yodakanohoshi explicitly endorsed this in their review of #310, and the track record speaks for itself — @Pawansingh3889 has been effectively doing Triage work (improving docs, onboarding tutorials, high-quality PRs across sources and destinations) without the badge.
What this grants
Per GOVERNANCE, Triage Collaborators get GitHub Triage permission — ability to label/assign/close issues and manage PRs, but not direct push access. Their reviews are welcomed but non-binding for merge.
Process
Following the lazy consensus model in GOVERNANCE:
@Pawansingh3889 — this is offered, not decreed. Please let us know if you would like to accept, and thank you for everything so far 🙌
