Support for Debian/Ubuntu

At present, there's no support for Debian/Ubuntu. Package names and config file locations are almost certainly wrong, although some stuff might Just Work. The focus so far has been on RHEL/CentOS because of general laziness on my part, but also because I didn't want to pretend to have Debuntu support when I don't.

Fixing this is probably just a matter of going through the 'params' classes and adding some conditionals in there to set package/file names to the correct string for the given platform. More generally, testing on Debian-based platforms is needed.
