Comprehensive builder methods are here!

This release implements builder methods for properties that were missing them on objects that already had a corresponding builder.

One particularly useful builder method should be LexicalEntryBuilder.addComment(text: LangString), which may facilitate the encoding of morphological and statistical data while the corresponding OntoLex-Lemon modules get finalizing and implemented as part of Etrog.

v1.1.0 New features! (Not really)

A mistake in how our packaging/publishing scripts were set up meant that v1.0 shipped cached versions of some build artifacts, so not all intended features were available as module imports.

Etrog is finally in a complete enough state that I, @dsifriend, feel confident enough to release it to the public for use in other projects.
