Comprehensive builder methods are here!

This release implements builder methods for properties that were missing them on objects that already had a corresponding builder.

One particularly useful builder method should be LexicalEntryBuilder.addComment(text: LangString), which may facilitate the encoding of morphological and statistical data while the corresponding OntoLex-Lemon modules get finalizing and implemented as part of Etrog.
