PDElements() and Lines() only return Lines with Bus2=bus_name

The behavior of the PDElements() and Lines() functions seems to be inconsistent across systems. Specifically, Line elements are only returned from these functions for a given bus if the line has Bus2=bus_name set, not Bus1=bus_name.

Thanks for the report. This is already fixed in our private branch, which will be published soon. The root cause was a typo in the checks.
