An unnecessary additional request is made when the plugin is initialized during the HTML page load.

This is caused by the JQM setting `$.mobile.hideUrlBar`. When this is set to `true` a manual scroll is initiated, causing the "scrollstart" event to be triggered and the plugin to send another request.
