Update & Uninstall Reliability Fixes

Follow-up to v0.0.18 that closes two reliability gaps found in testing. Recommended for everyone; no workflow changes.

Failed updates no longer strand the app

If a security/antivirus lock blocks an update even after retries, the launcher now restores the previous working version instead of leaving you with no app. The same rollback protects the launcher's own self-update.

Uninstall now fully removes itself

Uninstalling via Add/Remove Programs previously left launcher.exe behind. The self-removal step is rewritten to run reliably and retry until the install folder is fully gone. Verified end-to-end.

Upgrading

Existing users update automatically on next launch.
