Fixed double handling of X-Forwarded-For header. Added X-Real-Ip and X-Forwarded-Proto header. Changed configuration documentation to match the header behaviour.

BTW, you can just force push commits into your own branch and github will update the PR automatically. Found that out on a different project :) |
