This PR helps to better search everywhere in function material. It adds indexed material provided by parameter and return's comments.

  • collection.xconf indexes xqdoc:param xqdoc:return
  • app.xql / app:search-everywhere() looks against given search query
  • xar-assemby.xml initiates a new 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT changelog entry

(pardon my text editor which automatically removed trailing whitespaces)
