Fixes

• Backported an upstream ReXGlue fix for leaked thread stacks, which could make the game hang on loading after re-entering stages a ton.
• Fixed the game's race condition that could cause a use after free. Fixes rare crashes on stage entering/exiting etc. (may or may not also fix the fucked up sprites i cant repro it consistently)
• The game no longer reads controller inputs when alt-tabbed.
