Edge: Inherit dark theme from Eclipse - regression #2776

@reinholdk

Description

@reinholdk

Describe the bug
MS Edge based browser controls are inheriting dark/light theme from OS instead of respecting the Eclipse theme settings.
This was fixed earlier in the scope of #1529 but reoccured with newer Windows/Edge versions.

To Reproduce

  1. Switch on dark mode for apps in Windows settings
  2. Set Light theme in Eclipse preferences
  3. Restart Eclipse
  4. Edge based Browser views render in Dark mode. Rest of Eclipse is Light.

Can be reproduced by opening any Browser based view (Help Contents, Java Tooltip - F2, ...).

Expected behavior
Browser based controls inherit the theme configured in Eclipse preferences.

Screenshots
black scrollbars in tooltip are indicating that Dark mode is used
