Remove support for GWT

AFAIK Google discontinue the GWT UI support. Window builder still has support for it, e.g. it has support for creating a GWT artifact via its wizard.

Should we remove it from WB code basis?

I don't think it is relevant for the moment, because the latest version of GWT was released in May 2020 (https://github.com/gwtproject/gwt/releases/tag/2.9.0)
WB 1.9.8 runs on JDK 17+, so for me we should wait for 1.9.9 for removing GWT Support
