Fix getInterpretedDispatchHelper on PPC to return the same helper index on method symbol reference since now induceOSR helper can be either TR_induceOSRAtCurrentPC or TR_induceOSRAtCurrentPCAndRecompile. Signed-off-by: Yi Zhang <yizhang@ca.ibm.com>
