Handle geogrids entry in proj string

I tried to convert the road networks by using netconvert on Windows.

netconvert --opendrive-files Town03.xodr

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/carla-simulator/opendrive-test-files/master/OpenDrive/Town03.xodr is working fine on my end so I assume you have a newer version that contains something like +geogrids=... in the <geoReference> element.
Can you confirm / attach the new file version?

The error comes from the proj library. The grid shift file isn't available in the proj version that we package for windows. and also isn't needed for making use of the projection. A simple fix is to remove the +geogrids entry from the geoReference.
Can you confirm that the file can be imported on Linux?

It would probably be useful to discard the geogrids entry automatically within netconvert before calling the proj library (if you can confirm that this is the issue).

@namdre Yes, you are right. It contains +geogrids=....

After deleting +geogrids=..., I executed the command again. Result:

I tried to install carla within Vmware to work on Ubuntu. I got vulkan driver error so I am currently working on Windows.

@aslirey Thanks for the example. Netconvert can now ignore a missing datum shift file.

Note, that the carla networks look better when setting netconvert option --default.junctions-radius 0
