之前也被美团的客服搞到崩溃过,现在美团的 AI 客服更让人心烦。 它既不标明自己是智能客服或 AI 客服,甚至还会顶着个工号出来,装得像个真人一样。做事也做不好,真的遇到问题,它就直接把你丢给另一个客服,而另一个客服可能还是 AI,非常恶心。 有时候明明是打个电话,两三分钟就能讲清楚的事情,现在却要一直跟这种智能客服周旋,起码得周旋个十几分钟。 |

公司为了节省成本,越来越多地使用机器人客服和外包客服,并将他们放在客户服务的第一线。结果是用户很难找到能解决问题的高权限人工客服,问问迟迟无法解决。
