ADD: vulnerability-feedback consent policy (EN + FR) Operator-facing privacy policy describing exactly which fields are sent to EDAMAME when the operator opts in to "Report to EDAMAME" while dismissing a vulnerability or divergence finding. Mirrors the profiling-feedback policy pair already used by the device-level "dislike device" reporting flow. Used by the FancyNotice consent dialog wired into the agentic dismissal UX (DismissWithScopeDialog) when the operator checks the new "Report to EDAMAME" box.
