chore(release): v0.6.3 (#62)
[0.6.3] — 2026-11-03
Fixed
- Docs: the banner, the logo and every benchmark chart now reach the site —
docs/assetswas one symlink to a
folder, which Zensical does not copy (404 on edamlabs.github.io/e-serde); it is now a folder of file symlinks. - README wordmark redrawn with the fixed house font: the D no longer renders as an O (
E-SEROE).
chore(release): v0.6.2 (#49)
[0.6.2] — 2026-10-26
Same codecs, same Python API: the project moves to the EDamLabs organisation.
Changed
- Home: https://github.com/edamlabs/e-serde, documentation https://edamlabs.github.io/e-serde/; the old
damvolkov/e-serdeURLs redirect. PyPI namee-serdeand import nameeserdeunchanged; authorship EDamLabs. - Identity declared in
pyproject.toml([tool.edamlabs]:kind = "lib",family = "eager"), README and docs. - Documentation built with Zensical in place of MkDocs + Material;
mkdocs.ymlkept; decisions log in the docs. - Renovate replaces Dependabot: Python tooling, actions, lock files, runtime patches and Rust crate patches merge
themselves once every required check passes; Rust minor/major wait for review;saphyrstays pinned. - Release workflow authenticates with the EDamLabs GitHub App token instead of a personal access token.
- CI saves the Rust cache only from
mainand restores it on pull requests.
chore(release): v0.6.1 (#38)
[0.6.1] — 2026-10-02
- feat(interpolate): compose-spec ${VAR:-default} expansion over decoded trees, native Rust (#37)
chore(release): v0.6.0 (#36)
[0.6.0] — 2026-09-30
- feat(embed): structured sub-documents, recursive, via the codec registry (#35)
chore(release): v0.5.1 (#33)
[0.5.1] — 2026-09-25
- style: taxonomy pass — privates first with rule, common genealogy, typed factory; docs count 6→12 and five→every (#32)
v0.5.0
[0.5.0] — 2026-09-24
chore(release): v0.4.0 (#26)
chore(release): v0.3.0 (#23)
chore(release): v0.2.1 (#20)
[0.2.1] — 2026-09-23
- perf(yaml): the billion-laughs pre-scan only runs on documents that
contain anchors (&); alias-free configs keep the old 2.2 ms/100 KB. - feat(release): the bump commit now carries its own CHANGELOG section and
GitHub-release notes; a CI tripwire fails if CHANGELOG and Cargo.toml drift. - fix(release): compute the next version from the semver-max of remote tags
(git describeis blind to the orphaned 0.2.0 bump); tag v0.1.1 — a bogus
patch produced by that blindness — was withdrawn from tags and releases. - fix(ci): restore the v0.2.0 version bump that the release flow never pushed
(the workflow guard swallowed every bump push to protected main). - docs: benchmark tables and charts regenerated for the lossless-Node
emitters (JSONC/TOML/YAML/INI dumps ~25% faster); launch posts live outside
the site build.
