Running the Quality Control Jobs

You can choose to run the quality control for a single file or for multiple files in a batch.
Single delivery:
- Click the ‘QC’ button (‘D’ in picture 1) in the table row of the file you want to check- this will open a job setup form (Picture 2)
- In the job setup form select the product type of the uploaded file (e.g. Riparian Zones, HRL Forest type 2012 (20m), HRL Grassland 2012 (20m), etc.) (‘a’ Picture 2)
- By default all the boxes by all the checks available for selected product are ticked. If you wish to skip some of the checks please unselect relevant boxes (‘b’ Picture 2)
- Click ‘Run QC’ which will start the QC Job (‘c’ Picture 2)
- An informative message appears saying the ‘QC Job has been added to queue’, click Ok and you will be redirected back to the list of uploaded files. The ‘QC Status’ of the file will be either ‘waiting’ or ‘running’ (‘E’ on picture 1)
- Once the QC is completed, the final status (‘passed’, ‘failed’ or ‘partial’) is shown in the ‘QC Status’ field (‘F’ on picture 1)
Multiple deliveries (batch):
This option is designed for running quality check for multiple layers belonging to the same product type (e.g. HRL Imperviousness).
- Use the check boxes in the list of uploaded files to select more than one delivery (‘G’ on picture 1)
- Click ‘QC all selected’ button (‘H’ on picture 1) at the top in the main toolbar which will open a job setup form (Picture 2)
- In the job setup form select the product type against which all selected files should be checked (‘a’ Picture 2)
- By default all the boxes by all the checks available for selected product are ticked. If you wish to skip some of them please unselect relevant boxes (‘b’ Picture 2)
- Click ‘Run QC’ which will start the QC Job (‘c’ Picture 2)
- An informative message appears saying that ‘X QC Jobs have been added to queue’, click Ok and you will be redirected back to the list of uploaded files. The ‘QC Status’ of the file will be either ‘waiting’ or ‘running’ (‘E’ on picture 1)
- Once the QC is completed, the final status (‘passed’, ‘failed’ or ‘partial’) is shown in the ‘QC Status’ field (‘F’ on picture 1)
