Welcome to the BigTrace wiki!

This is open-source FIJI plugin for tracing of curvilinear structures in volumetric microscopy datasets (using BigVolumeViewer for visualization).

At the current moment, it provides a pretty basic interface with 3D ROIs (points and lines) for manual/semi-manual segmentation of lines, curves, and spotty objects.
