Hello! using it last couple of days, moving from VEXP. I use codex extension in VSCode, i must say it was a ball ache to install and know if the agent files installed, which they didnt, i reran the install a few times and not sure how but it finally showed. It was also not clear where it was going to locate the files,. i had to create manually C:\Users\user.codex with the config file.

love the web UI, but it would be good to be able to config the options for in and out, and a selection and the options.

also, pricing seems locked to claude, so those are wrong for anyone else not using sonnet.

Thanks for trying CCE and for the detailed feedback — really helpful, especially the Windows/Codex install experience.

Created issues to track the three things you raised:

• Windows/Codex install doesn't reliably place agent files #98 — Windows/Codex agent files not installing reliably
• Pricing/savings calculator assumes Claude model pricing #99 — Pricing calculator assumes Claude model pricing
• Web UI: expose input/output format configuration #100 — Web UI config for input/output options

The install friction on Windows is the most urgent one. Will prioritize that.

Appreciate you switching over from VEXP and taking the time to report this.
