Version locking is not implemented for Debian #131
Description
The following commit removed the elasticsearch-version-lock.yml from the main tasks:
d42fe1b
The following commit added version locking to the Redhat family specific installation tasks:
cd9d856
However, version locking was not added to the Debian family.
Furthermore, it looks like the elasticsearch-version-lock.yml file is no longer used.
