Fixup prometheus metrics support doc (histograms)

Document the new histogram metric support (currently says unsupported in https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/python/current/metrics.html#prometheus-metricset)

Edit: Removed the public API stuff, that was a duplicate of #1166
