[Bug] Reduce Time Taken for Unit Tests to Complete on Failure #2623

Overview
Recently, the unit tests have gotten slower with an average of ~12m if failures are encountered. As a result, we should should review the unit tests for a better optimization or setting that can help increase the speed of failure.
