[REQUEST]: Rename Endpoint Insights to Automatic Troubleshooting in Permissions

Description

We’re updating the name, description, and tooltip content for the Endpoint Insights permission to Automatic Troubleshooting. This change is targeting the serverless, 9.0.1, and 9.1 releases.

As agreed on Slack, we'll update the docs when the new privilege name is the same in both Serverless and stack (i.e. when 9.0.1 is released):

I’d like to propose that we make these changes when 9.0.1 is released (April 28). At that time, we can add a note that mentions the Endpoint Insights name being only applicable in stack 9.0.0. This also prevents us from having to make multiple doc updates a few weeks apart that can cause confusion with our customers
