[BUG] Known issue for EQL sequence suppression tech preview text

Description

The 8.18.2 release notes has a known issue listed for the Technical Preview text listed above the suppression component of the EQL Sequence rule creation page. This text was removed in 8.18.2. I'm wondering if the known issue should still be listed in 8.18.2?

Testing environment

Any cloud 8.18.2 environment, rule creation page -> select EQL rule -> sequence [any where true] [any where true] -> Suppression component should not display "Technical Preview" text.

Thanks for filing this, @dhurley14! Since the bug was fixed in 8.18.2, we'll need to remove it from the known issues section of the 8.18.2 release notes, doc it as a fixed bug, and update the known issue entries for this bug in 8.18.1 and 8.18.0.

Chatted with Devin over Slack and this bug was fixed in 9.0.2, so updating 9.x release notes as well.
