What happened?
Hi all,
We are trying to update our EFK clusters hosted on a kubernetes environment from version 8.18 to 9.0. During the update we noticed input type 'container' is now marked for deprecation and will only work in combination with the argument 'allow_deprecated_use: true' as described in the documentation here. The main reference for a configuration of filebeat on kubernetes still points to type: container as input type. It would be really great if that can be updated with a working configuration that is not deprecated.
Thanks so much,
Andre
