[Internal]: Update ML Anomaly Detection tutorial

Description

Tutorial as a whole is very informative and well structured. There are few paragraphs which could be improved upon. Below is the list:

• "Machine Learning > Anomaly Detection > Jobs page."
  • This was moved to Stack Management > Anomaly Detection Jobs
  • It is also possible to use Machine Learning > Overview > Manage Jobs button that redirects to Stack Management > Anomaly Detection Jobs however It is not visible when there are no jobs, so we maybe should stick with Stack Management
• "which are indicated by red blocks in the swim lanes for each job."
  • Swim-lane colors map to the anomaly score: blue = low, yellow = medium, red = high with different shades
• "To find that view, click the View series button in the Actions column on the Anomaly Detection page."
  • I could not find this. Our team suggest something like: "Navigate to Machine Learning > Single Metric Viewer and select the job"
