[DOCS] MITRE ATT&CK® v17.1 being mapped to 8.18.7, 8.19.4, 9.0.7, and 9.1.4

The new MITRE ATT&CK® version (v17.1) is being mapped to 8.18.7, 8.19.4, 9.0.7, and 9.1.4. Need to open PRs to update the 8.x and 9.x docs when the patch versions freeze next week. Remember to also provide merging instructions in the PR descriptions.
