[Internal]: Update known issue for CSPM and Asset Discovery when updates are released

Description

A fix for the recent CSPM and Asset Discovery bug on AWS-hosted Kibana deployments has been merged. Next week's (Week of November 3) serverless release won't have the bug anymore. I need to move the known issue to the "resolved" section of the serverless known issues page.

Will continue tracking the resolution of the ECH-applicable bug in 9.2.1, and update that when appropriate as well.
