[Website]: missing an "Image showing Elastic Agent collecting data from local host and remote services" in fleet reference page

@elastic/docs-engineering I'm a bit stumped here:

• We're using the same syntax and path structure for the images in reference/fleet/index.md and reference/fleet/fleet-server.md
• The images are in the same directory: reference/fleet/images/agent-architecture.png (used in index.md) and reference/fleet/images/fleet-server-agent-policies-diagram.png (used in fleet-server.md).
• But the images on Fleet and Elastic Agent overview (coming from the index.md file) are broken while the images on What is Fleet Server? (from fleet-server.md) are rendered correctly.
• The images seem to be broken because the image URL is not being generated correctly: resolves to https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/images/agent-architecture.png instead of https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/fleet/images/agent-architecture.png.

I think these same image paths used to work on Fleet and Elastic Agent overview. Could this be related to elastic/docs-builder#2190?

The two things that I think are unique about the page with broken images:

• The Fleet and Elastic Agent section is the only full reference section with images in docs-content (most others are distributed across other repos).
• It's the index.md file so the file name doesn't show up in the final URL (not sure if that could impact how we're interpreting the image location).
