[REQUEST]: Rename Endpoint Insights to Automatic Troubleshooting

Description

Endpoint Insights was renamed to Automatic Troubleshooting just before 9.0 was finalized. Can we please update documentation that references it for 9.0.0 (and later) and Serverless to reflect the newer final name.
