I've seen this failure happening quite a bit over the last few days. I think it might be time to skip this test to stabilize the build until someone has time to investigate and fix the failure.

It's a little bit peculiar that I seem to keep getting it in #6180, despite that PR only adding test code. Makes you wonder.
