• [8.15] 5 failures in pipeline elasticsearch-periodic-platform-support (31.3% fail rate in 16 executions)

This is similar to #109830 (and a few others as well). It seems to be related to moving the free_context action to generic threadpool. I'm trying to reproduce with some additional logging (#110790)
