[CI] ESQL Centroid tests using no doc values failing on 8.x

In #116373 the build scans show a disconnecting node due to an AssertionError:

This happens in some tests added in #116800:

• spatial.CentroidFromAirportsAfterIntersectsCompoundPredicateNotIndexedNorDocValues
• spatial.CentroidFromAirportsAfterIntersectsCompoundPredicateNoDocValues
  I.e. only the "no doc values" cases added in the PR.

Muting the respective tests in #116947 after discussing with @craigtaverner because the AssertionError that makes the node disconnect leads to many other test case failures in the same suite, which triggers a suite-wide mute by our bot which is risky.
