Support null_value for rank_feature field type

@binoiii what exactly would you like to happen when the rank_feature field type is null? At the moment its being ignored by the IF block and it says : ignore feature, this is consistent with numeric fields.

For example do you want to throw an exception and decline a null value or to accept it?

Please see our docs on the null_value functionality, it's about applying a default value when no value is ingested with incoming documents.
