[Feature]: Add proxy support for the Elastic Integration Filter

What do you want this plugin to do?

The Elastic Integration Filters should support accessing Elasticsearch via a proxy, in a similar fashion to Elasticsearch filter plugin

What is your end goal?

Users would be able to use the Elastic Integration Filter to access Elasticsearch from behind a proxy to enable running Integrations locally in such an environment

Do you have thoughts on HOW this could be done?

As I do see the path-forward, we may introduce a new (proxy?) param for the proxy similar to es-output#proxy, pass it to ElasticsearchRestClientBuilder class and the class needs to set it to ES http client builder as follow.

May I know when would this be available?
We have a customer that requires this feature and back ported to version 8.17.4

@JimmyNgYF PR is out and under review. I believe there will not be a blocker for delivering this feature unless something comes out.
I will backport and release as soon as PR is merged.
I don't see 8.17.x release schedules but if customer doesn't have a plan to upgrade, the plugin can be individually upgraded.
