[DOCS] Enable feature flag for KSPM #2044
Description
We need to add a technical preview doc that shows how to enable the feature flag for KSPM (Kubernetes Security Posture Management).
Google doc with instructions is here.
Add a note at the top that says:
"This feature is available for Elastic Stack versions 8.3.0 and newer."
@tinnytintin10 will provide us with the appropriate intro paragraph.
