[DOCS][KSPM][8.4] Create Cloud Posture dashboard page

Description

This new page should exist in the Dashboards section of the ToC. It should include a picture of the new dashboard, and explain what the widgets show. It should link to instructions about how to set up the integration and get data flowing, so it can be short since the bulk of the information about CSP features will be in the new Cloud security section.

Acceptance Test Criteria

Approved by Tinsae and docs team.
